Our approach to income. MWR exists to help families keep more, own more and build a legacy. We don’t promise, guarantee or project income, and we don’t publish examples of what individual Directors earn.
As with any business, earnings aren’t guaranteed. Results vary from person to person, and some Business Owners earn little or nothing.
What you earn depends on things like:
- the time and effort you put in, consistently, over months or years
- your skills, experience and sales ability
- the size and strength of your network
- how many customers and Business Owners you enroll and support
- local market and economic conditions
- following MWR’s policies and procedures
Building a business takes time and consistency. Everyone’s results are their own, so someone else’s success isn’t a prediction of yours.
When you see income amounts, such as compensation-plan figures, bonus amounts, recognition posts, testimonials, or calculators and simulators, they show how the plan works or what one person achieved. They aren’t typical or expected results.
Commissions are gross income, before business expenses and taxes. MWR Business Owners are independent contractors who handle their own expenses and taxes, and who agree not to make income claims on MWR’s behalf.
What it costs to get started
The only required cost to start an MWR Business is the one-time $100 enrollment. MWR’s Lifestyle & Legacy Membership ($159.95 a month) is optional. To qualify to earn, you can be your own customer by keeping the membership, or enroll and maintain one outside customer instead (a qualifying customer doesn’t generate a commission). Any earnings shown are before these costs.
